How Rifa Ya works
Set up your raffle in about five minutes, share one link and let people pick their numbers on a live board. Here’s the whole thing, start to finish.
Run your raffle in 4 steps
Create it
Upload a photo of the prize, write a short description, set the price per number and pick the board size: 100 numbers (00–99) for free, or 1,000 and 10,000 for big raffles. Choose the draw date and how the winner will be picked.
Share it
You get a link and a raffle code. Post it in your WhatsApp groups, on Facebook and Instagram, or text it to friends. With an Activated raffle you also get a status image and ready-made messages.
Confirm payments
When a buyer pays you, open your dashboard and tap “They paid me”. Their numbers turn paid on the board. If someone doesn’t pay, tap “Didn’t pay” and the numbers are free again.
Draw the winner
On draw day, pick the winner the way you announced, record the winning number in your dashboard and deliver the prize. Everyone sees the result on the raffle page.
How your buyers take part
No app and no account. It works on any phone.
Pick numbers
They open your link and see the prize, the price per number, the draw date and the board. They tap the numbers they want, or let a lucky pick choose for them.
Hold them
They leave their name and WhatsApp number, and their numbers go on hold under their name, so nobody else can take them while they pay.
Pay you directly
They pay you with whatever you accept: Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal or cash. With an Activated raffle, they see your payment handle and QR code right on screen.
Get confirmed
Once you confirm the payment, their numbers show as paid on the board. They can check them anytime with the raffle link or code.
Rifa Ya never receives the money for the numbers. Buyers pay the organizer, and the organizer confirms it.
Three ways to pick the winner
You choose one when you create the raffle, so everyone knows how it works before they buy.

On draw day you press “Draw now” in your dashboard. The winning number is picked at random among the numbers that were paid, and you get a draw record with the date and time to share.

Your state’s daily lottery
Tie the result to a public drawing anyone can check: the last two digits of your state’s Pick 3 for a 100-number board, the full Pick 3 for 1,000 numbers, or Pick 4 for 10,000.
