Pricing questions
Do I have to pay to run my raffle?+
No. Raffles with up to 100 numbers are free, with no credit card and no commission. The money from your numbers goes straight to you.
What changes when I activate my raffle?+
You get a status image for WhatsApp and Instagram with the numbers still available, updated every time you open your dashboard, plus ready-made messages for your group chats. Buyers who hold a number see your payment handle (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or PayPal) and your QR code, and we email them before their hold expires. You get an email for every order, with one-click “They paid me”.
On the free plan, can I lose sales because of expired holds?+
No. On the Basic plan held numbers never expire on their own: they stay under the buyer’s name until you confirm the payment or release them from your dashboard.
What do I get with a Premium raffle?+
Everything in the Activated raffle, plus a status video for WhatsApp, TikTok and Reels with the numbers left, sellers with their own link (you see how much each one sold), bundle deals like “3 numbers for $25” that the cart applies automatically, and the top spot in Live raffles until the draw.
I already activated my raffle. Can I upgrade to Premium?+
Yes, and you only pay the difference: if you paid $9 for the Activated raffle, upgrading it to Premium costs $10.
Is this a subscription?+
No. You pay once for the raffle you upgrade, and that’s it. If you run another raffle later, you decide whether to upgrade it or keep it free.
What if my raffle has 1,000 or 10,000 numbers?+
Those boards are activated for $19, with everything in the Activated raffle included. As Premium they cost $39.
How do I pay for a plan?+
Securely with PayPal: use your PayPal balance or a debit or credit card through PayPal. Your raffle is upgraded as soon as the payment goes through.
Do you take a percentage of my ticket sales?+
Never. Buyers pay you directly and Rifa Ya doesn’t touch that money. Plans are a flat, one-time price for the tools.
